Rebecca joined Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc., in June 2014. As a former Business Unit President of CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services, Inc., Becky has 25 years of experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, product and service delivery and client relations. During her time at CBIZ, Becky consistently exceeded her sales goals and, as division president, led annual revenue growth of 20% on average, while surpassing company target margins.
J.B. brings both youthful energy and experience to the table. He has a unique ability to understand the communication gaps that often exist between generations within the workforce that hinder business results. J.B. knows what it takes to be successful, competing in a collegiate golf program that became the winningest in school history, and working as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual following graduation from LeGrange College.
Susan Rieser utilizes her past management experiences to excel in her work as the marketing and Sandler Online coordinator at Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. She has been with Stark for 6 six plus years. Susan markets management and sales training plus Online Learning services offered at Stark, through a wide variety of social media and other outlets. Susan is passionate about spreading the word that "we specialize in improving sales and management effectiveness" at Stark as well as coordinating Sandler Online Learning for the company.
Stephanie has been with Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. as their office manager for 15 years. Working with both our clients and vendors, she handles the day-to-day office interactions, and manages all the accounting duties. Stephanie has a keen attention to detail as she juggles her many hats and keeps things running smoothly.
Debbie has been with Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. as an Executive Assistant to Suzie Andrews for 13 plus years. She supports the entire Stark team in addition to overseeing our CRM and all of our technology
Brad McDonald, at the early age of twelve, attended a Scottish Boys Boarding School where the discipline routine included daily whippings (really), then he spent four years at a Catholic Boys Military High School where retired WWII Army Sergeants taught him to march with a rifle at the age of 15. Subsequently, he spent four years of self imposed confinement at a federal institution on the banks of the Severn River in Annapolis, Maryland, resulting in the achievement of his life long dream - spending the next twenty years mostly underwater all over the world with one hundred other men in a small steel tube. Brad's Navy career involved service aboard five submarines and culminated in command of a US Navy attack submarine, USS L. MENDEL RIVERS SSN686. (Thank you for your service Brad!) None of these experiences prepared Brad for the emotional trauma of his next career - SALES. But he claims that six months of Sandler Training was so effective in solving his sales anxieties that he opened a Sandler franchise in 2004. Brad now serves as a national coach and trainer for Sandler Systems Headquarters in Owings Mills, Maryland.
