CEO AND PRESIDENT
Suzie brings over 25 years of sales, sales management and leadership experience to her clients. She works with Presidents, CEOs, and business owners, assisting them with the overall development and improvement of their sales organizations, utilizing her personal experience and the “best practice” tools and Sandler processes.
Patti has been with Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. in St. Louis for 20 years. Her experience as a top-grade professional salesperson and a highly successful senior sales manager enable her to bring a real-world perspective to clients.
After earning his MBA from Harvard, Frank Moore’s career has included three startups- two he helped create. He has successfully served in roles ranging from sales, finance, sales management and marketing, to general manager. He led business units up to $600 million in annual revenue. Frank is passionate about helping people grow sales and has experience evaluating emerging software to improve productivity.
Senior Business Associate
Rebecca (Becky) Vidal
Rebecca joined Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc., in June 2014. As a former Business Unit President of CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services, Inc., Becky has 25 years of experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, product and service delivery and client relations. During her time at CBIZ, Becky consistently exceeded her sales goals and, as division president, led annual revenue growth of 20% on average, while surpassing company target margins.
Kallie comes to the Sandler Training ®, Stark and Associates, Inc. team with over 15 years of talent management sales strategy experience and a track record of providing dynamic assessment services with game changing results. At Stark, Kallie is dedicated to Recruiting and Assessment Services. She works with Senior HR Leadership in companies who have a discerning awareness about hiring top talent and take a pro-active approach to identify development opportunities to increase employee engagement and decrease turnover.
J.B. brings both youthful energy and experience to the table. He has a unique ability to understand the communication gaps that often exist between generations within the workforce that hinder business results. J.B. knows what it takes to be successful, competing in a collegiate golf program that became the winningest in school history, and working as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual following graduation from LeGrange College.
Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator
Susan Dunsmore Rieser
Susan Rieser utilizes her past management experiences to excel in her work as the marketing and recruiting coordinator at Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. Susan markets sales training and recruitment services offered at Stark through a wide variety of social media and other outlets on the internet. Susan is passionate about spreading the word that "we specialize in improve sales effectiveness" at Stark as well as coordinating recruitment efforts for the company.
Stephanie has been with Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. as their office manager for 14 years. Working with both our clients and vendors, she handles the day-to-day office interactions, and manages all the accounting duties. Stephanie has a keen attention to detail as she juggles her many hats and keeps things running smoothly.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Debbie has been with Sandler Training ® licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. as an Executive Assistant to Suzie Andrews for 12 plus years. She supports the entire Stark team in addition to overseeing our CRM and all of our technology
